Jon is a highly experienced chief executive and asset finance leader with more than 30 years’ experience building and scaling businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
Since joining Allied Credit as Chief Executive Officer in 2019, he has led the business through a significant phase of growth and transformation.
Prior to joining Allied Credit, Jon spent more than 13 years at Macquarie Leasing, where he led multiple sales channels before serving as Managing Director for five years and helping grow the business into one of Australia’s largest vehicle and asset financiers. Earlier in his career, he established and grew Mercedes-Benz Finance New Zealand and held senior leadership roles at Daimler Finance Australia across Fleet Management and Sales and Marketing.

David is an internationally experienced executive with more than 40 years’ expertise in enterprise risk management, strategic change and stakeholder engagement.
He has a proven track record of delivering results while managing risk across complex, highly regulated environments, with experience spanning automotive finance, asset finance, consumer and business finance, banking and automotive distribution.
David joined Allied Credit as Chief Risk Officer in 2021. Prior to this, he was Group Executive Aggregation at McMillan Shakespeare Group and held senior leadership roles at ANZ Banking Group, Esanda Finance, BMW Financial Services in Australia and the UK, BMW Group UK, and Coopers & Lybrand in the UK and Oman.

Wendy is an executive leader with more than 25 years’ experience driving business performance through strategy, enterprise transformation and people-led change across financial and professional services organisations.
She brings deep expertise in translating strategy into execution, aligning culture, capability and operating models to support sustainable growth and performance.
Wendy joined Allied Credit in 2024 as Chief People & Strategy Officer. Prior to this, she held senior roles spanning strategy, transformation, operations and finance at the Australian Securities Exchange, Westpac Group, and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

He has built a strong track record across operational leadership, business development, customer strategy and industry engagement, with deep experience leading transformation and high-performing teams.
Russ joined Allied Credit in 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and was appointed Chief Partnerships & Sales Officer in 2024, with responsibility for the business’ commercial, product and marketing functions. Prior to joining Allied Credit, he held senior roles at ANZ across Retail Banking, Esanda and Retail Asset Finance Asia, and at Macquarie Group.

Mark is a senior finance executive with more than 30 years’ experience across CFO and operational roles leading transformation and sustainable growth in complex, multi-entity financial services organisations.
He has held leadership roles across banking, insurance, wealth management and funds management, with a career spanning Australia, Asia, Europe, the UK, the US and Africa.
Prior to joining Allied Credit in 2026, Mark was Group CFO at AUB Group, where he led finance transformation, funding strategy, treasury, investor relations and M&A activity. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Macquarie Group and Australian Ethical Investment and is recognised for combining strong financial governance with a focus on commercial and operational performance.

He brings deep capability in building efficient, scalable operating models that deliver strong customer, risk and commercial outcomes, with a focus on disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
Padraig joined Allied Credit as Head of Retail Lending in 2021 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2026. Prior to joining Allied Credit, he held a range of senior product, risk, operations and retail lending roles at Macquarie Group, supporting large consumer and asset finance portfolios.

An experienced Chief Information Officer, Frank has more than 30 years’ industry experience with a track record of leading enterprise-wide technology, digital innovation and cyber maturity across regulated financial services environments.
He brings deep expertise in modernising technology platforms, improving customer and operational outcomes, and translating emerging technologies into practical, value-driven solutions that support business growth and resilience.
Prior to joining Allied Credit in 2025, Frank advised private and ASX-listed organisations on operating model design, intelligent automation, data-led platforms and AI-driven solutions. His executive leadership experience includes serving as CIO for Toyota Finance Australia and Asia-Pacific, and CIO UK at IAG.
